Before transitioning to real estate, she co-founded S&C Foods/Garvey Nut and Candy/First Source, one of Southern California’s largest gourmet confection distribution companies, where she led retail development and design for over 3,800 stores. Her entrepreneurial background and corporate experience laid a strong foundation for her achievements in commercial real estate. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kristen is actively involved in community service, having served on the City of Charleston Design Review Board and volunteered for the BB&T Wine and Food Festival. A committed supporter of JDRF and the American Diabetes Association, she dedicates both time and resources to promoting diabetes awareness among children and teens. Kristen currently resides in the historic French Quarter of Charleston.
