Professional Summary: Matthew joined Commercial Property Associates, Inc. in 2013 as a retail broker after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and became a part of Founders 3 in 2017 upon its inception. In his time with Commercial Property Associates, Inc., Matthew worked with several local, regional, and national Landlords and Tenants in assisting with their real estate needs. He has completed numerous sale and lease deals across the state of Wisconsin and assisted with the sale of a 31,200 sf multi-tenant shopping center in Pewaukee. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) acting as the Midwest captain of the Tenant Council, and Commercial Association of Realtors-WI (CARW). Matthew is currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation after winning the Wisconsin Chapter Scholarship in 2014.
