Jason Bollhoefner has over 24 years of experience in the Denver Commercial Real Estate market and has successfully completed over 1000 lease and sale/purchase transactions. Since the inception of his career, Jason has personally negotiated and completed leases totaling over 3.0 million square feet. His clients value his exceptional abilities as a tenacious negotiator who recognizes the key pressure points involved in every leasing transaction, for both the tenants and the landlords he represents. His hands-on experience over the tenure of his career, relative to the underwriting, acquisition, re-development, and disposition of commercial property provides valuable insight to prospective asset purchasers of commercial property.   Jason is involved with University of Colorado Real Estate Council, Colorado Chapter of NAIOP and Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Brokers and was a finalist for Top Small Office Broker in 2011.
