With over 20 years of experience in commercial appraisal, project leasing, national tenant representation, investment and industrial sales, and site selection, Ben brings a comprehensive skill set to every assignment. His analytical expertise and negotiation skills have resulted in more than 500 successful retail lease transactions nationwide with notable brands such as ALDI, Rouses Markets, McDonald’s, Raising Cane’s, Jason’s Deli, and Orangetheory Fitness. A respected CRE professional in Louisiana, Ben’s background in finance and appraisal ensures that clients receive tailored, effective strategies. He actively participates in industry organizations including ICSC, CCIM, SIOR, and the Baton Rouge Board of Realtors, and serves on the board of the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance, Ben is also an enthusiastic LSU Tigers fan who enjoys an active family life filled with fishing, hunting, travel, and supporting his children’s sports activities.
