Professional Summary: Bradley Cook is an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team in Covington, LA, specializing in land and industrial investment and development while collaborating with leaders at multiple levels to advance economic growth. He is active in several professional organizations, including the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, CCIM, RLI, NOMAR CID, and NAR. Since joining Stirling, he has contributed to a wide range of projects involving recreational and transitional land, as well as industrial and commercial clients such as Carvana, St. Tammany Health System, Ochsner Health, American Freight, Dana Incorporated, DSLD, goPuff, and Burger King. Cook leads brokerage efforts for the 6,000+ acre Bilten Park mega-site in St. Tammany Parish and guided Stirling’s first build-to-suit industrial facility for Dana Inc. A New Orleans native now living on the Northshore, he earned both his bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees from Louisiana Tech University, where he was recognized as Graduate Student of the Year in 2006. He is also deeply involved in community service within the special needs and foster care sectors. Cook has held numerous leadership positions, including President of the RLI Louisiana Chapter since 2018, and is a graduate of several regional leadership programs. A CCIM, he is licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi, works with clients across the Southeast, and is currently pursuing the ALC and CLED designations.
