With nearly 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and more than five years at HUNT Commercial, Ronald “Gunner” Tronolone brings extensive industry expertise and a strong commitment to client success. A third-generation realtor, Gunner developed an early understanding of the business through hands-on property management experience with his grandfather and learning negotiation strategies from his father. Although he initially considered law school with an interest in contract and property law, he chose to pursue a career in real estate, building a rewarding and accomplished professional path. His practice covers all aspects of commercial investment real estate, including sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties, as well as site selection for national and local development projects. Known for his ability to navigate market trends and deliver strategic results, Gunner works with private investors, developers, financial institutions, franchise owners, and businesses across industries. His achievements include receiving the C. Stuart Hunt Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate award from NYSCAR. Gunner values HUNT Commercial’s collaborative culture, innovative tools, and industry leadership, which support his ability to deliver exceptional outcomes. Beyond brokerage, he serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Governors of NYSCAR, is a past NYSCAR President, and holds professional designations including CITEC and CEA. Active in his community as Chairman of the Village of Orchard Park Planning Board and a former youth sports coach, Gunner also enjoys car shows as a Corvette Club member.
