Brad became part of Unique Properties in December 2006 and specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and land assets throughout the greater Denver metro area. With over eight years of industry experience, he has successfully completed more than 670 transactions, representing over $218 million in sales. Brad is known for his reliability and strong advocacy on behalf of his clients.  Clients turn to Brad for his ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of both local business users and institutional investors. His long-standing relationships are built on four key personal values: dedication, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.  A Missouri native, Brad earned his B.A. in Audio Engineering with a minor in Finance and General Business from Missouri State University. He has lived in Colorado for over thirteen years.  Before entering real estate, Brad spent more than seven years as a tour and event production manager, coordinating national mobile marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and international brands. This experience allowed him to travel extensively and connect with people from all backgrounds.  Now a seasoned commercial real estate broker, Brad is proud to be part of the Unique Properties team.
