Gregory G. Arger founded G. Arger Company, Inc. in Spokane, Washington, in 1979, establishing it as a family-owned real estate sales and property management firm that has grown into a leading force in managing multi-family units and office complexes, with over 375,000 square feet under management. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Advertising and Marketing, and further studies at Northwestern University’s graduate program, Mr. Arger has been recognized for his excellence in sales, earning honors from the Board of Realtors, including Realtor of the Year in 1986. His contributions include the conception and development of Center Pointe Business Park, a 100,000-square-foot project, as well as the master planning and construction of Sunset Pointe Corporate Park, a 250,000-square-foot Class A office park featuring advanced facilities such as a sophisticated Data Center for anchor tenant Farm Credit Bank. Alongside his brother, Prokey Arger, he has been involved in site acquisition, market analysis, design, marketing, leasing, and property management. Their projects also include Orchard Crest, a 200,000-square-foot senior retirement community with more than 200 units, offering independent and assisted living along with extensive amenities. In 2005, Mr. Arger’s son, Gene Arger—also a Washington State University graduate—joined the firm, bringing additional expertise to its operations. More recently, the company developed Evergreen Fountains Senior Living Community in Spokane Valley, a modern 110-unit facility with premium amenities and plans for future expansion.
