Kyle provides comprehensive advisory services, specializing in exclusive representation for both sellers and buyers while guiding local and national clients. His expertise spans acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis, investment portfolio planning for both short- and long-term horizons, and detailed assessments of micro and macro financial markets. He handles property transactions ranging from single-tenant net lease properties to shopping centers across the country and also focuses on CMBS loan assumptions for stabilized multi-tenant assets. With a deep understanding of the net lease investment landscape, Kyle effectively counsels family offices, developers, and institutional clients on strategic market approaches. The same focus and drive that fuel his success in brokerage were honed during his time as an outside linebacker at Division II Hillsdale College. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys summers in northern Michigan and spending time on the Great Lakes.
