This ±1,655.21-acre property is located southwest of Highway 33 and Highway 198, west of Coalinga in Fresno County, CA. Comprised primarily of rangeland and mountainous terrain, the property is encumbered by a conservation easement and currently supports seasonal cattle grazing on approximately 1,262.06 acres. A cattle corral is located in the east-central portion of Section 31. Natural water is supplied seasonally by Jacalitos Creek, which runs through the southern and eastern sections, along with several springs, while a gravity-fed water trough provides additional supply in the far northeast portion of the property. Identified under Fresno County APNs 083-060-01s, 083-060-50s, 083-060-42s, and 088-050-03s, the ranch is well-suited for grazing operations. Under the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), groundwater pumping may be limited as basins move toward sustainability by 2040.
