He has over a decade in Executive positions with REIT's and institutional owners serving as Director of Leasing, Asset Management, and Real Estate where his responsibilities included the leasing and management of over $4 Billion dollars in assets across 14 states and 4 countries.  Today Ronnie runs 713CRE the commercial real estate services division of Champions Real Estate Group LLC. 713CRE offers full service CRE services and represents over 1 million SF on behalf of a select group of owner/investors. He's an outside the box thinker that knows how to negotiate and leverage relationships to maximize results and reduce risk regardless of market cycle. His expertise extends through not only the core assets classes such as Retail, Office, Multi Family, and land but also has extensive experience in specialty classes such as Self Storage, RV Parks, Schools and even coastal Marina property's.
