The fractional route, in plain terms
Fractional on Hutfin means investors buy shares of a specific commercial property instead of the whole building. Offerings are made under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D to accredited investors, verified inside the platform, with definitive documents for every offering.
For a brokerage, that is a second way to move the right property: put it forward, and if it fits, it goes through Hutfin's offering process and in front of a pool of verified accredited investors. The listing stays represented by the broker, agent, or owner named on it.
