Bill Menish is the Owner and Managing Director of SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate providing listing, leasing, and online auction services to commercial real estate clients in Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Bill was co-owner of SVN Premier CRE & Auctions and launched SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate in February of 2021. "We are building the commercial real estate firm of the future," said Menish referring to their state-of-the-art, post-COVID-19 style office in the Saint Matthews area of Louisville, Kentucky.  Named one of the "People to watch in Commercial Real Estate" by Business First Magazine, Menish is committed to providing the best service to his clients. "I answer every call, return every email, and react immediately to my client's needs which sadly is rare in our industry," said Menish. "And I don't list properties, I broadcast properties, I tell the story of my client's properties and I aggressively promote the reasons to buy and the value proposition to motivate action by those buyers."  Bill Menish is a former broadcast journalist who most recently was the morning anchor of San Diego's top-rated morning newscast. During that nearly 20-year career, Bill earned awards 15 Emmys, an Edward R. Murrow award, 2 Tellys, 4 Photographer of the Year awards, Health Care Communicator awards, numerous AP awards and more.
