He has successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in over 550 transactions throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. His deep industry knowledge, combined with a strong sales background and familiarity with the local market, has contributed to over $400 million in commercial property sales. Bill’s transaction portfolio includes the acquisition and sale of office, industrial, research and development, and retail properties. He has also completed lease deals totaling more than one million square feet across various commercial sectors. Some of Bill’s notable deals include the $6.35 million investment sale of a 190,000-square-foot warehouse at 101 Almgren Drive in Agawam, MA; the $7.1 million sale of the 84,000-square-foot Potpourri Plaza; and representing MGM Springfield in leasing a 75,000-square-foot warehouse. Outside of work, Bill enjoys golfing, kayaking, and spending summers in Groton Long Point, CT. A lifelong local resident, he is also dedicated to giving back and currently serves on the Longmeadow Board of Selectmen.
