Eva is the Owner and Broker of Infiniti Real Estate & Development, offering residential and commercial real estate services throughout the Greater Seattle area. A LEED Accredited Professional and EcoBroker, she specializes in green housing and sustainable development, supported by a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from The Evergreen State College. Eva works with a wide range of clients, including homebuyers and sellers, land purchasers, green builders, developers, and commercial tenants, and also leads a development company focused on restoring harmony between human communities and the natural environment. She currently serves as board president of Pacific Bamboo Resources, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing bamboo as a sustainable building material, and is actively involved with numerous professional and sustainability-focused organizations. With over a decade of global experience in sustainability prior to her real estate career, Eva has worked in energy policy, contributed to United Nations initiatives, and conducted international research and development projects across multiple countries in areas such as renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and restorative development.
