Andrew M. Weiss, Jr. is the founding principal of Signature Partners, LLC, where he provides strategic advisory services to a wide range of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, service firms, internet and new media companies, nonprofit organizations, and foreign governments. He began his real estate career as a leasing broker with Williams Real Estate Co. Inc., where he gained formal training in commercial real estate and developed a strong understanding of leasing transactions from the perspectives of property owners, managing agents, and tenants. During nearly ten years with Williams, he earned his brokerage license and worked as both a building agent and a tenant broker.  In addition to his work at Signature Partners, Mr. Weiss is also a founding member of Frontier Capital Partners, LLC, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and developing multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties throughout the New York City metropolitan area. A resident of New York City, Mr. Weiss graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984. Beyond his real estate career, he is also a passionate inventor who has helped manufacture several toy products distributed internationally, some of which have sold over one million units. He also holds three United States patents.
