Managing Principal

Jacques Wadler is a Managing Principal at Knickerbocker Realty Group, with over 19 years of experience as a real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate.  A native New Yorker, Jacques grew up in a family deeply rooted in real estate investment. His family began acquiring properties in the outer boroughs during the 1970s, sparking Jacques’ passion for the industry at a young age. He assisted his parents in analyzing new acquisitions and continues to support them in managing their real estate portfolio.  Jacques began his career in commercial real estate shortly after graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree. Before co-founding Knickerbocker Realty Group with his longtime partner, Vincent Lopez, he served as an Associate Broker with Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.  Mr. Wadler specializes in commercial, industrial, development, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use brokerage in Brooklyn and Queens. To date, he has successfully sold and leased over 200 properties. His expertise has been highlighted in prominent publications, including The Real Deal, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Commercial Observer, Traded NY, and the NY Real Estate Journal.  Outside of work, Jacques enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children. He is also an avid runner and finds joy in bowling, fishing, and reading about history.
