He has transitioned from Corporate Services, Residential Development, Landlord & Tenant Representation to a focus on Investment. This has been the natural evolution of a career that involves almost every aspect of commercial real estate. While continuing to work with corporations to satisfy their real estate needs, Jonhas leased over 600,000 square feet of industrial space for Graybar Electric Company, Inc. & over 100,000 square feet of office space primarily in New York and New Jersey for Principal Financial Group.
