Michael Sherman is the founder and principal of Baseline Real Estate Advisors. With over a decade of industry experience, he has successfully closed transactions totaling more than $350 million. His work has earned recognition in major publications including The New York Times, The Real Deal, Commercial Observer, and Crain's.  Michael is known for navigating complex deals on behalf of a diverse range of clients—from major city landlords and international investors to local owners selling long-held properties. His approachable nature, combined with a strong sense of integrity and transparency, enables him to build lasting relationships across the client spectrum.  He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Bates College, where he also captained the men’s tennis team. Following graduation, he spent two years in Alicante, Spain, coaching at a top-tier tennis academy and working with ATP professionals and elite junior players. The discipline, resilience, and drive he developed on the court continue to fuel his achievements in the real estate world.
