Marcus Mahlen joined NAI Sioux Falls in February of 2017 as a broker associate. Since the beginning of his time at NAI Sioux Falls, negotiating his first deal at the age of 23, Marcus has shown a passion for putting his client first. His strong work ethic and ability to form strong personal connections in the community has allowed him to work on a number of significant projects for the firm. Marcus’ accomplishments include being involved in the Deal of the Year for 2018 & 2023, and being named the Broker of the Year in 2022 & 2023. Marcus has completed nearly 330 sales and leases on behalf of his clients through 2023. These transactions have totaled over 2.3M square feet of building area, over 15.85M square feet (+/- 364 acres) of development land, totaling over $180M in sale/lease value. His expertise primarily involves investment sales and leasing in the industrial, office, and retail asset classes.

Dale Zomer serves as a Senior Vice President at NAI Sioux Falls, having joined the company in 2016. He specializes in assisting clients with the purchase and sale of investment-grade, income-producing properties. As a seasoned commercial real estate owner himself, Dale has a deep understanding of what investors look for when assessing a property. He is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and prompt follow-up. Drawing from his years of experience as a business owner, Dale knows the importance of being proactive and managing expectations—key factors in building lasting relationships and securing repeat clients.
