Graig brings over 36 years of full-time real estate experience, covering a wide and diverse range of transactions. A Las Vegas native, he studied at the University of Texas at Austin and began his career in urban planning, which sparked his interest in development and ultimately led him into real estate. He launched his real estate career in Las Vegas and has since worked across nearly every sector of the industry—including residential, land, retail, office, and industrial sales and leasing; development; investment sales; hotel and gaming properties; and independent consulting.  Throughout his career, Graig has served in roles such as broker, developer, investor, and real estate office owner/manager. He has personally completed over $3 billion in transactions, averaging more than $100 million annually for two decades straight. His work spans 14 states, and he frequently consults with developers on project design and advises investment firms on real estate portfolio strategies.  Graig holds the SIOR designation, is a licensed continuing education instructor in both Utah and Nevada, and serves as the Managing Partner and Principal Broker of Spark Realty, based in Salt Lake City and serving the entire state. He is also the founder of Bright Sky Partners, an investment firm, and The Pathfinder Institute, a training organization focused on advanced real estate education.
