Carle Pierose is a partner at Industry Partners and has long been a strong advocate for creative workplace environments. Before joining the firm, he served as a Director at the Charles Dunn Company, where he was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in 2004. In 2009, he co-founded Creative Space, where he also held the role of Principal. Carle became part of Industry Partners in 2012, taking the lead in launching and overseeing the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office. He has played a key role in the revitalization of the city center while continuing to represent unique properties across Los Angeles.  With a career spanning over 18 years and more than $2 billion in completed transactions, Carle has worked with some of the most influential names in fashion, media, entertainment, and design. A native Angeleno and graduate of the University of Southern California, he is deeply knowledgeable about the city's character and evolution and remains personally committed to shaping its future.
