Beyond his professional achievements, Charlie is a dedicated community leader and a passionate advocate for youth in Southwest Washington. He has served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington for more than a decade and contributes to the Vancouver Public School District Management Task Force. Charlie is also an advanced-level soccer coach and junior academy trainer with the Washington Timbers Football Club (WTFC), and he played a key role as project manager for the Harmony Sports Complex Improvement Project.
