Alexandre is a partner at Landair Property Advisors, where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction. Before co-founding LPA in 2020, he worked for five years as an associate at ARM Real Estate Group, a boutique commercial brokerage in New York City specializing in off-market investment sales. During his tenure, he facilitated roughly $100 million in transactions, representing over 1 million square feet of development rights.  Originally from Quebec, Alexandre moved to New York City at a young age. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Bishop’s University. Outside of work, he is passionate about running and tennis, and actively supports the Michael J. Fox Foundation in raising funds for Parkinson’s research. He currently resides in Nassau County with his family.
