Reginald “Reggie” Jackson, born the third of eight children to a seamstress and Civil Rights activist in the Deep South, has built a life and career defined by resilience and perseverance. From an early age, he understood the value of hard work and resourcefulness, qualities that shaped his more than 35 years in real estate. Launching his career in 1982 during a recession, Reggie began as an agent with Brown Realty, quickly distinguishing himself with a charismatic, door-to-door approach that helped homeowners maximize their investments despite challenging market conditions. Guided by a mentor, he soon established his own firm, Reggie Jackson Realty, in 1986, becoming both broker and investor. By the early 1990s, he was working as a broker for Freddie Mac and the RTC, where he gained expertise in distressed properties across Atlanta. In 1992, he purchased his first multifamily complex in Dixie Hills, where his leadership and persistence transformed Verbena Gardens into a desirable community over the course of a decade. Anticipating the 2006 downturn, Reggie strategically sold his multifamily holdings, while expanding his expertise into short sales, REOs, and property management, even partnering with Havenbrook Homes to achieve record leasing results. Today, he remains committed to learning wealth strategies, asset protection, and emerging industry technologies while growing Reggie Jackson Realty with a focus on commercial assets and management. With his deep experience, strong ethics, and enduring passion, Reggie continues to thrive in every market cycle.
