Krystal earned her real estate license in November 2004 and initially focused on residential real estate. In 2009, she transitioned to a role as assistant home builder, designer, and marketing director for Bowen Homes, a family-owned company. Her first foray into commercial investment came in 1995 with Tk's Steak House, a high-end restaurant, which led to additional investment opportunities over time. In August 2015, Krystal entered the commercial real estate sector with Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, commuting from Oklahoma City to Lawton for approximately two years to attend networking events and manage transactions. She relocated to Oklahoma City in August 2018 and now primarily specializes in and invests in the cannabis industry, while also handling transactions involving duplexes and other investment properties.
