Eric Vu is an investment professional with over 14 years of experience specializing in retail investment properties, ranging from single-tenant net leased assets to regional shopping centers. He brings deep expertise in asset valuation, market trends, capital sourcing, and investment strategy, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial modeling skills to provide high-level advisory services for the acquisition and sale of retail investments. Before founding Anchor Point Capital, Mr. Vu was Managing Partner and co-founder of Sperry NNN Investments, where he oversaw 60+ offices and more than 250 associates in retail acquisitions and dispositions for private funds, quasi-REITs, and other clients. His prior experience includes serving as an investment advisor at Hanley Investment Group, where he handled record-setting transactions across a wide range of retail assets, and as Director at Faris Lee Investments, where he developed strategies for special servicing clients during the 2008 recession. Mr. Vu began his career in commercial real estate banking at Wells Fargo, originating and underwriting CMBS loans totaling over $1 billion.
