Tammara is an accomplished leader whose career began in the restaurant industry with Hilton Corporation in the mid-1990s. Excelling quickly, she was recruited by Marie Callender’s restaurants, where she advanced to General Manager, overseeing two multimillion-dollar operations and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Between 2001 and 2005, Tammara expanded her expertise into Human Resources, serving as a national trainer for American Light Co. During this time, managing her own rental property sparked her passion for real estate, leading her to obtain her license in 2005. She quickly established herself as a successful realtor and investor, eventually founding Full Spectrum Realty in 2009 as a broker/owner, with operations in both the San Antonio and Austin markets. In addition to real estate transactions, Tammara has completed several profitable property flips, and her leadership has been key in guiding and mentoring her Full Spectrum team. Her specialties include negotiations, investment properties, remodels and rentals, and home staging.
