Nick Longo brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to his role at Matthews Commercial. Before transitioning to the commercial sector, he achieved notable success in residential real estate, completing over 100 home sales. Today, Nick focuses on leasing and selling commercial, industrial, and investment properties throughout the Greater Waterbury area, while also managing more than 50,000 square feet of retail and office space across Waterbury, Wolcott, and Manchester. A long-standing 25-year member of Profnet of Waterbury, he is also an accomplished musician who has toured extensively across the U.S. and Europe. Nick currently resides in Waterbury.
