Executive Vice President

Chris Gary is an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman, specializing in industrial real estate across the greater Chicagoland area. He works with property owners, tenants, and buyers to develop effective real estate solutions, with a particular focus on Southern Chicago suburban industrial markets and Indiana. Over his career, Chris has completed more than 400 transactions, totaling over 32 million square feet and exceeding $1 billion in value. He has also served as president of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers and was recognized as a CoStar PowerBroker from 2014 to 2018. Before joining NAI Hiffman, Chris was Vice President at Darwin Realty & Development Corporation for eight years, gaining extensive experience in industrial real estate. Earlier, he co-founded JACK Golf Properties LLC, where he designed, developed, and built a 26-acre golf practice facility in Justice, Illinois.
