Thomas specializes in Landlord representation, focusing on both traditional project leasing and high-profile legacy retail assets across the urban core of Dallas–Fort Worth. His impressive client base, which includes local asset owners and institutional investors, has allowed him to contribute to some of Dallas’s most prominent retail developments and participate in the growth of emerging areas within the metroplex. His notable projects include West Village/Cityplace, 2000 Ross, West 7th/Crockett Row, Cityline, East Quarter, Bishop Arts Station, 2401 Cedar Springs, and The Maple Restaurant District. Before joining SHOP, Thomas managed Greenway Investment Company’s extensive retail portfolio, encompassing premier urban Dallas assets and new suburban developments. His time within an ownership organization provided valuable insight into asset management, enabling him to structure leases with a long-term, value-driven approach. A lifelong Dallas resident, Thomas is married to his wife Brittany and is the proud father of two sons, Christian and Thomas Jr.
