With over three decades of experience in mortgage lending and both residential and commercial real estate, Henry Liu serves as Managing Director of SPERRY Gateway Group. His extensive background spans asset management, investment acquisition, and financing. He has represented numerous foreign investors in acquiring multi-unit income properties, industrial warehouses, and other real estate assets across Southern California.
