Broker/Agent

For the past 20 years, I’ve called Portland home and love sharing the charm of our city and the stunning Pacific Northwest with others. My background as a small-gallery owner and backcountry tour leader has shaped my commitment to providing exceptional service and thoughtful guidance. I bring diligence, attention to detail, and objectivity to every real estate transaction, supported by in-depth market analysis, advanced industry tools, and a dedicated team to ensure smooth and successful outcomes. I’m passionate about Portland’s unique homes and believe everyone deserves a place of comfort and retreat. By listening carefully to your goals, I’ll offer informed advice to help you make the best material and financial decisions. When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring the Northwest in vintage trailers, hiking, photographing, and spending time with my wife and two young boys in our University Park neighborhood near the University of Portland.

This lot, zoned CE, offers a versatile mixed-use development opportunity in the heart of the desirable Foster-Powell neighborhood. Surrounded by similarly zoned parcels to the west and south, the property benefits from excellent walkability and proximity to the vibrant Foster corridor, while still being situated on a primarily residential street. The site’s flexible zoning supports a range of potential uses—commercial, residential, or a combination of both—making it ideal for investors or developers seeking adaptability. The seller is open to carrying a contract with attractive terms, offering rates as low as 4% for three years, depending on the down payment. Drive-by viewings are permitted, but property access requires a broker.
