FEE SCHEDULE

This Fee Schedule is published by Hutfin Global Technologies, Inc. ("Hutfin," "we," "us," "our") and is incorporated into the Hutfin Terms of Service (https://hutfin.com/terms). It describes the types of fees that apply on the Hutfin Platform and when they are charged. Current prices and amounts are displayed in the Services interface at the point of purchase, in your Order Form, or in the Offering Documents for a specific investment, and those displayed amounts control. Hutfin does not charge any fee that has not been displayed to you before you incur it.

1. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Free membership: provides limited access to the Platform at no charge. Paid memberships: provide additional features per the plan descriptions shown at signup. Prices, billing frequency, and included features are displayed at the point of purchase and in your account settings.

Auto-renewal, cancellation, trials, renewal reminders, and refund mechanics are governed by the Terms of Service. Key points: paid memberships renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel; you can cancel anytime in account settings or by emailing support@hutfin.com with "Cancel Subscription" from your account email; cancellation stops future charges and benefits continue through the current paid term; non-renewal requests are processed within 5 business days with email confirmation.

Fee changes: we provide at least 60 days' prior written notice of membership fee changes, effective at your next renewal. For annual subscriptions, pricing may additionally increase on each subscription anniversary by a percentage equal to the percentage increase in the applicable Consumer Price Index, with notice.

2. LISTING FEES

Basic Listings: included as described in your membership plan or the Services interface. Premium Listings: paid promoted tiers providing greater exposure. Tier prices, minimum initial terms, and renewal mechanics are displayed at purchase. After any initial term, promoted Listings renew month to month unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 14 days before the end of the then-current term or the property is taken off market. A promoted Listing purchase applies only to the specific property or listing ID; swaps between properties are not permitted. Promoted inventory in a submarket may be limited, and pricing for newly available slots may increase.

3. INVESTMENT-RELATED FEES (PER OFFERING)

The following fee types may apply to fractional ownership offerings. The specific fees for each offering, their amounts or rates, and who receives them are stated in that offering's Offering Documents, which control:

  • (a) Sourcing or acquisition fee: charged in connection with identifying and acquiring the asset.
  • (b) Platform or administration fee: ongoing fee for platform operation, reporting, and investor administration.
  • (c) Property management fee: paid to the property manager for day-to-day operation of the asset.
  • (d) Disposition or exit fee: charged in connection with the sale of the asset.
  • (e) Performance fee or promote: a share of profits above a stated threshold, where applicable.
  • (f) Pass-through costs: third-party costs such as KYC or accreditation verification, escrow, transfer agent, tax preparation, and foreign exchange, where applicable and disclosed.

4. AI FEATURES

Certain AI Features may be metered, capped, or available only in specific paid tiers. Where an AI Feature carries usage limits or charges, those limits and charges are displayed in the feature interface or plan description before you use or purchase it.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING, TAXES, AND BILLING

Displayed fees are exclusive of taxes and duties, which are your responsibility (excluding taxes on Hutfin's net income). Where permitted by law and disclosed, payment processing fees may be added to amounts payable. Invoiced amounts are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed; late payments may accrue charges at the maximum rate permitted by law. You must notify us of billing problems or discrepancies within 180 days of the charge first appearing, per the Terms of Service. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by the Terms of Service: if you terminate for our uncured material breach, we refund prepaid fees covering the remainder of the then-current Membership Period; if we discontinue a paid portion of the Services, we refund prepaid fees allocable to the discontinued portion after the discontinuance date; otherwise no refunds for elapsed periods except as required by law or a posted refund policy. 7. CHANGES TO THIS SCHEDULE

We may update this Fee Schedule. Changes to fees for existing paid memberships follow the notice rules in Section 1. Other changes are effective when posted, and the price displayed to you at the point of purchase always controls for that purchase.
