This industrial development offers two available spaces within a planned 54,000-square-foot facility, with Suite A comprising 24,000 square feet on the west end and Suite B offering 30,000 square feet on the east end. Designed for modern industrial operations, the building will feature a 32-foot clear height, office space built to tenant specifications, four dock doors with the ability to add up to 14 additional dock positions, and two ramped drive-in doors located at opposite ends of the building. The facility will include column spacing of 40 feet by 48.9 feet, expanding to 60 feet by 48.9 feet in the loading bay, and will measure approximately 140 feet by 390 feet overall. Additional features include a 400-amp electrical service, an ESFR fire suppression system, and 95 parking spaces on a 3.85-acre site.
