Plaza Del Sol - Lands

Plaza del Sol is centrally situated within Socorro, New Mexico’s main commercial district. The property includes seven pad sites in total, with Wal-Mart serving as the anchor tenant on the largest pad, spanning over 13 acres. Following the recent opening of Socorro’s Subway in January, five pad sites remain available (measurements approximate).
