42 W 33rd St | CB-5 Off-Site UAP Air Rights

BKREA has been retained to sell up to 90,000 buildable square feet of off-site UAP certificates, with approximately 75,000 buildable square feet currently remaining. These air rights may be purchased by any eligible receiving site located within an R10 zoning district or a Voluntary Inclusionary Housing zone in Community Board 5, or within a half-mile radius of the generating site at 42 West 33rd Street.
