Furst Ranch is a premier master-planned community encompassing approximately 2,000 acres in Denton County—one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation. The development features about 1,066 acres designated for mixed-use, with plans for 6 to 8 million square feet of commercial space. The community will also include 9,000 residential units, consisting of 1,000 age-restricted homes, 3,000 single-family residences, and 5,000 multifamily units. Enhancing its appeal, the project will offer a 97-acre park and approximately 12 miles of private trails, providing exceptional recreational amenities for residents and visitors alike. Anchor, junior anchor, pad, and retail opportunities are available, with project delivery expected in Q4 2027 to Q1 2028. The US 377/1171 interchange is scheduled for completion during the same timeframe. The master plan is being developed by Hines in partnership with Trez Capital and the Furst family of Flower Mound.
