Matthew King is a dedicated real estate professional and a key contributor to Green Bridge Real Estate, where his creative vision and marketing expertise help clients achieve their goals and enhance the value of their real estate assets. With over a decade of experience in the national commercial real estate market, Matthew has been involved in a wide range of unique transactions across cities such as Las Vegas, Charlotte, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Houston, Brevard County, and Strasburg. He resides in Cleveland with his wife, Deanna, and their two children, Isabella and Grayson. Over the course of his career, Matthew has worked with a diverse client base including the U.S. Court system, banks, tech firms, manufacturers, investors, developers, and well-capitalized companies. He has successfully marketed, leased, and sold more than $300 million in real estate across over 1,500 transactions, spanning sectors like industrial, hospitality, office, retail, residential, and land. In the past ten years alone, he has closed more than $200 million in multi-family housing sales, totaling over 5,000 units in Northeast Ohio. A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Visual Communication Technology and a minor in Marketing, Matthew also pursued studies in legal fields such as contract law and mass tort litigation. He actively contributes to his community as a board member of EDEN, a nonprofit organization addressing housing insecurity and homelessness in Northeast Ohio. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Matthew is recognized for his expertise in brokerage, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and continues to be a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients in every transaction.
