Martin “Marty” D. Johnson provides real estate brokerage and consultation services to industrial and office space users and institutional or private building owners throughout the Colorado Springs region. Marty has a varied background in commercial real estate, including over thirty-five years’ experience selling, leasing and financing real estate in multiple markets nationwide including Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; and the Quad Cities, IL. Marty joined CBRE in 2006, upon the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. Marty was an active member of TCC’s Colorado Springs office since 2001, specializing in retail and investment properties.  Prior to joining TCC, Marty was a retail specialist for Grubb & Ellis/Quantum Commercial Group, where his focus was retail and investment marketing. He was named a top producer for 2000.  Marty has also worked for Balcor Property Management, Inc. as a Real Estate Manager, and Transwestern Commercial Brokerage Company as the Sales Manager. He has represented many owners and principals in the growth, relocation and expansion of their companies and locations.

Yoni brings extensive global expertise in commercial real estate, beginning his career in 1995 in Israel with a focus on development and land acquisitions. Over the years, he has honed his specialization in strategic site selection and large-scale multi-store rollouts. Before founding EDG18 Commercial Real Estate, Yoni spent more than a decade at CBRE (2000–2011), concentrating on retail projects where he showcased strong problem-solving skills and negotiation expertise with sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Passionate about property development and redevelopment, Yoni has managed sales of commercial real estate and development land, in addition to leasing commercial properties. His core strength lies in tenant representation, serving clients such as big-box retailers, restaurants, gas stations, and other retail operators.  Throughout his career, Yoni has successfully guided clients in securing single and multiple locations across communities of varying sizes. He has led professional teams, overseen approvals for numerous developments, and collaborated closely with stakeholders and municipalities to drive projects to success. Beyond his professional work, Yoni values time with his wife, two sons, and daughter, and remains actively involved as a volunteer within his community.

Andrew Jewett serves as Senior Vice President with CBRE’s industrial services group in Houston, bringing over 13 years of real estate experience. He specializes in advising transportation-oriented end-users, with a strong focus on the northeast and southeast submarkets. His expertise spans lease negotiations, build-to-suit and design-build projects, site selection, and property dispositions, consistently helping clients reduce costs and mitigate risks. Before joining CBRE, Andrew was Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed occupier strategies for both local and national industrial tenants. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap, representing high-net-worth investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial single- and multi-tenant assets across Texas. Over the course of his career, Andrew has successfully negotiated more than 7.1 million square feet of industrial transactions valued at over $305 million.

Addison Williams is an investment property broker based near Detroit, MI, strategically located close to the heart of the automotive industry. He began his career in investment sales focusing on net-leased automotive properties, including auto parts stores, collision centers, dealerships, and gas stations. Over time, his expertise has expanded to include a wider range of assets, such as multi-tenant stabilized properties and value-add investments, while maintaining a strong focus on single-tenant net-leased investments and retail centers. Addison works with a national client base of active investors and has successfully closed transactions across most U.S. states. A Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Addison is available for complimentary consultations or investment valuations.

Patrick Wade co-leads one of CBRE’s top investment property sales teams in the South Bay, working alongside his long-time partner, Alex Kozakov. With more than 28 years in commercial real estate, Dean Haney offers extensive market expertise to his clients. For the past 24 years at CBRE, he has focused on industrial properties in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County, following four years as a senior real estate manager at IDS Real Estate Group. His experience spans landlord and tenant representation, ground-up development, acquisitions and dispositions, and land sales. Dean’s capabilities include sourcing and completing both seller and buyer assignments, as well as identifying redevelopment opportunities and evaluating their highest and best use. His prior management role involved overseeing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties, handling daily operations such as construction management, leasing, and sales for clients ranging from major financial institutions to individual owners.
