Andrew Jewett serves as Senior Vice President with CBRE’s industrial services group in Houston, bringing over 13 years of real estate experience. He specializes in advising transportation-oriented end-users, with a strong focus on the northeast and southeast submarkets. His expertise spans lease negotiations, build-to-suit and design-build projects, site selection, and property dispositions, consistently helping clients reduce costs and mitigate risks. Before joining CBRE, Andrew was Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed occupier strategies for both local and national industrial tenants. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap, representing high-net-worth investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial single- and multi-tenant assets across Texas. Over the course of his career, Andrew has successfully negotiated more than 7.1 million square feet of industrial transactions valued at over $305 million.
