Alex Ibarra launched his career in commercial real estate as an intern with J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. in January 2019. This role provided him with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry through collaboration with seasoned professionals and industry stakeholders. He graduated magna cum laude from Wichita State University in December 2020, earning a BBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship, along with minors in Marketing and Personal Selling. During his time at WSU, Alex was recognized for both academic excellence and community involvement. His honors include KHEDF’s 2020 Outstanding Scholar, Rising Star of the Year by the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a finalist for WSU Student of the Year, recipient of the Mortar Board Legacy Award, and several scholarships in real estate and entrepreneurship. He also demonstrated strong leadership through active participation in organizations such as Barton International Group, Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, the Hispanic American Leadership Organization, and the Mortar Board Honor Society. Alex is guided by a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset. He values building meaningful relationships, clear communication, and persistence—all key principles he applies to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
