He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University in 2007 and has since completed hundreds of transactions. Today, he focuses his expertise on farmland and country properties.

Vice President

Scott Schuil has been named Vice President of the company. A third-generation agent at Schuil & Associates, he earned a Business Administration degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2009 and joined the firm soon after. Scott focuses on large-scale farms, dairy operations, and 1031 exchanges, leveraging his extensive relationships with local farmers. He also collaborates closely with institutional investors, helping them identify and acquire properties across California.
